With the current Phase 1 of lock down in South Africa ending on 1 May 2020, the country will now move onto a system that is based on Levels, from 1 to 5. These levels affect what companies can, and cannot, do – and as such, iPulse Systems have created this easy to understand chart that allows you to clearly understand what to expect.

The good news is that iPulse will continue to offer the bulk of its services, and sales, throughout most levels – with key services such as support and monitoring continuing throughout all levels. The one problem is that our phone lines are difficult to monitor under the circumstances, so please be patient if you can’t get through telephonically. We are working on solutions to this, and will soon be back to normal – even when working remotely.
