Terms & Conditions

Duration: Our quotes are valid for thirty (30) days from the date of issuance. If acceptance is received after this period, the quote may need to be revised.

Acceptance: Acceptance of a quote implies acceptance of these terms and conditions.

The scope of work includes all services and materials listed in the quote. Any additional services or materials not included will be subject to separate quotation and approval.

Variations to the scope of work must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice unless otherwise specified.

Late payments may incur additional fees.

All intellectual property rights in any materials or services provided remain with iPulse unless explicitly transferred in writing.

Clients agree not to use any intellectual property for purposes other than those specified in the scope of work.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the course of this agreement.

iPulse shall not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from the provision of services.

The client agrees to indemnify iPulse against all claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from any breach of these terms and conditions.

Either party may terminate this agreement upon written notice to the other. Termination does not relieve either party of obligations accrued prior to termination.

In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be settled promptly.

iPulse reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued engagement with iPulse after such amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties and supersede all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements between the parties.

By accepting a quote from iPulse, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
