iPulse is thrilled to welcome our latest addition to the family! Shai will be taking the operational reins for iPulse effective August 1, 2020.
Background
Shai is eminently suited to our technical business, holding both an MCSE from Training Connection, and a Certification in IT Management from the University of Cape Town.
Shai has been fortunate to have been involved in many different business’s and aspects of business since he entered the market over 20 years ago. Having fulfilled the roles of Help Desk Operator, Call Centre Manager, Support Technician, Network Engineer, IT Manager, Project Manager, Operations Manager and General Manager over the years ensures that Shai has all the experience needed to the tackle the highly technical and complex role of Operations Director at iPulse.
Given his background, Shai has a great insight into many of the different facets of business, with a strong focus on processes, systems and IT.

I am very excited by the opportunity afforded to me by Gary, Andre, and the team at iPulse Systems. During these uncertain times, I believe that iPulse is perfectly positioned to for massive growth in the biometric identity management environment and is able to add real value to our clients. I am looking forward to working with everyone at iPulse to bring our systems to market and making iPulse a world-wide brand.
Interests/Hobbies
During his free time, Shai can usually be found at home spending time with his wife and 3 daughters – and sometimes when lucky he even gets a chance to speak! 😊
